One of the highlights of this exiting year was European Gestalt Coaching Programme we’ve been running since October in Geneva. It has been a rare opportunity to learn from the leading expert in Gestalt Coaching John Leary-Joyce.
John took us on a profound experiential and intellectual journey in being and working in the present. We started to learn in a very practical and accessible way how to harness the potential of the moment and really impact the lives of our coachees. Gestalt coaching can seem complex and challenging but John has found the way to 'chunk it down' into manageable steps that will give those Ah-ha moments. If you've found John's book “The Fertile Void. Gestalt Coaching at Work” inspirational and accessible then this program gives the opportunity to convert that to skills & practice.
The program started in October 2016 with a two-day Introduction to Gestalt Coaching and grew into a very open, engaging and rich group. This now followed by five further two-day modules spread over the new year, with the Module 2 – Signature Presence and Somatic Resonance – on January 26th – 27th 2017 in Morges, Geneva area, Switzerland.
There are still two available places to make up a closed group of 12. The initial group of eight has established a very open and challenging context for learning about themselves, Gestalt theory & practice and practicing the most effective way of change facilitation. So joining the group will mean a willingness to step onto a ‘moving platform’ where a culture of learning and risk taking has already been established.
