Book Review Restorative Embodiment and Resilience by Dr Alan Fogel
Pleased my review of the new book Restorative Embodiment and Resilience by Dr Alan Fogel was published by the British Journal of Guidance & Counselling.
This international peer-reviewed journal of Taylor & Francis publishes high quality theory, policy and practice research on new ideas and innovation in counselling, psychotherapy and career guidance.
I hope my review will contribute to a better understanding of embodied self-awareness and introduce the notion I coined embodied self-and-other-awareness that is so important in today's world.
