I am honoured to announce that I will be presenting at the 2021 Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) conference taking place May 14 – 15. CCPA is Canada's leading association for counselling and psychotherapy, and this year it will hold its annual conference virtually due to the pandemic. The conference is dedicated to Helping Each Other in the Face of Adversity, and I am glad to contribute to this important topic. My experiential live session scheduled for May 15 is titled Dance, Movement and the Pandemic: Embodied and Indigenous Perspective on Well-Being for Counselling and will include the overview of the research we did at the University of Derby, UK, along with practice interventions developed on its basis.
