The biggest international coaching event in Switzerland took place June 14 - 15, 2016 at the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland in Olten. The congress “Coaching meets Research” with top-level keynote speakers from different countries was dedicated to the topic „Impact, Quality and Evaluation in Coaching“. As part of the leading European association which promotes application and enforcement of high quality standards in coaching and mentoring, EMCC Switzerland was involved into the congress as one of the main sponsors. As member of the EMCC Switzerland Executive Board, I was happy to represent our organization at the congress and highly appreciated an insightful and exciting exchange with you.
